The project involves creating a UX/UI Design for an ironing laundry service app that offers a seamless, hassle-free experience for booking, managing, and tracking orders. Key features include an intuitive booking flow, real-time order tracking, and user-friendly notifications, all designed with simplicity and efficiency to meet the needs of busy users.

Competitor Analysis

Competitor analysis was conducted to understand key features, identify pain points, and user expectations in laundry service apps.

Straightforward and easy to navigate.

Service Quality

Cleaning quality varies by laundry partner, as JustClean connects them with different providers.

Inadequate customer support and clothes returned with creases or bad odors.

App reliability

Technical problems reported such as  booking difficulties and order tracking issues.

Some app features occasionally fail to function properly, causing frustration.

Problem to be solved:

  • Existing solutions were confusing, featuring limited service options, unintuitive navigation, and poor communication about the order process.

  • Therefore, need to simplify the booking process, making it easy for users to schedule pickups, select services, and track their laundry orders with minimal effort.

A user survey with 25 participants was conducted to gather insights on how they utilize their laundry services.
